• Go to system folder and locate the file named mmcstore.
• Transfer that mmcstore file to your PC or laptop through data cable or any other mode.
• Open that file with notepad on the computer.
• As the file is opened through the notepad you will be able to see the password there.
• Type the visible password to open or unlock your memory card.

Second method:

If the above method doesn’t work then follow this method. In this method we are going to format the memory card so follow this process if you only want to recover memory card.

• Firstly insert the locked memory card into your mobile.
• Now connect your mobile to the PC through data cable.
• Now right click on the memory card and then select Format memory card(it will not ask password)
• After formatting your memory card, your memory card will be unlocked. Use this method only when you don’t have other choice as this process will delete total data.

Third method:

If you are not an android user then you can follow this method. To use the following method, you need to arrange a nokia s60 device and then follow the given steps

• Firstly Download any File Explorer application and install it.
• Now insert your locked memory card in it.
• Then run file explorer and go to the path C:system.
• Here you will find a file named mmcstore.
• Rename mmcstore to mmcstore.txt
• Connect your mobile to PC via data cable and transfer that file to your PC.
• Open that file mmcstore.txt with notepad.
• Here your password is visible.

Fourth Method:

To use this method you have to arrange a Nokia N series or a Nokia E series mobile phone

• Insert your locked memory card in Nokia N series or E series mobile and format it.
• Your memory card will be unlocked but data will be formatted.
